Refund and Returns Policy


-We are pleased to inform you about our Refund and Return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product or if there is any issue, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery (this period may vary by product).

-Exchange is not available

-We initiate the refund once the quality check is confirmed by our courier partners.

-For online bank transfers, the refund will be processed into the same source account used to place the order and the refund will appear in your account within 3–5 working days

Please note: Products marked as ‘final sale’ are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged item or one that doesn’t match the description, we’ll gladly exchange it. If an exchange isn’t possible, you can return the item, and we’ll refund the product amount (excluding shipping and convenience fees) after our warehouse completes the investigation.

-Return Requirements:

* The item must be in its original condition.

* Original Tags, including MRP tags and packaging must remain intact.

* The product should not have been used.
